Windowsをログオフ/リブート/シャットダウンする

Windowsをログオフ/リブート/シャットダウンするにはExitWindowsExを呼び出すのですが、NT系のOSではそれなりの特権をOpenProcessToken/LookupPrivilegeValue/AdjustTokenPrivilegesで取得しておく必要があります。
